In 1999, all investigations of Iqbal Mirchi were called off as no reliable proof could convict him. Mirchi died of a heart attack, in London, at the age of 63. At the time of his death, a new investigation went underway, linking him to Indian Premier League match-fixing and several drug offenses.〔(【引用サイトリンク】url=http://zeenews.india.com/news/nation/dawood-ibrahim-s-close-aide-iqbal-mirchi-dies-in-london_869163.html )〕〔(【引用サイトリンク】url=http://www.ndtv.com/article/india/dawood-ibrahim-aide-iqbal-mirchi-wanted-by-india-dies-of-heart-attack-in-london-406093 )〕〔(【引用サイトリンク】url=http://indiatoday.intoday.in/story/1993-mumbai-blasts-case-accused-dawood-ibrahim-aide-iqbal-mirchi-dead-india-today/1/299603.html )〕 ==References==
